Carole Jean holds a degree in Occupational Training and Development from the University of Louisville and is a Franklin Covey Certified Coach. Carole Jean is certified as a mediator with the International Center for Dispute Resolution from Sullivan University. She also received her certificate of Advanced Training in Conflict Management from the Kilmann Diagnostics Group.
She has extensive experience of working with senior business professionals including many physicians in the Louisville area. Carole Jean has over 20 years experience in customer relationships, training and development, and business leadership. She serves as an entrepreneur in the hospitality and leadership business. She has coached and developed hundreds of leaders to deliver the best performance and to work together collaboratively.
Carole Jean provides individualized and customized leadership coaching and training to physicians, entrepreneurs, executives and leaders of all sized organizations.
